Despite training as a Mechanical Engineer, he soon recognized the incompleteness of modern education.
His professional experiences highlighted significant contradictions and deficiencies across the four major
societal pillars: commerce, education, governance, and religion. This realization led him to dedicate his life to
systemic reform.
After nearly 30 years of intensive study and research, Mr. Dayma is now pioneering a comprehensive
solution. He is actively developing and promoting an alternative, complete educational framework and a
holistic societal model. This new system is designed to enable humanity to live its entire life in true coexistence (mutual harmony and understanding), offering a viable option to the current incomplete structures.
