SYLLABUS & AGE GROUP

1.Pregnancy Period: The thoughts and mutual behaviour of the mother and father play an important role in the education of the unborn child. During this process the parents should

  • Stress free behaviour 
  • Clarity of thought 
  • Providing such an environment, in which, the goal of life can be identified // Providing an environment of the proper system through the lense of humanity’s life goal, as well as the acceptance towards the mother, aids in the success of education during this period. This has already been successfully observed. 

These children after birth, have been observed to be faster at learning & understanding as well as understanding humanity’s direction.

2.Utsav Group (0 to 5 years): The needs of children during this period are : 

  • The parents need to be available as support all the time.
  • Practising being in control of the body.
  • Becoming well acquainted with all the things available  in the environment. So that they can know the names of things around them, their right use and their absoluteness, as well as see how their elders are seeing & dealing with this absoluteness while being happy. 
 
 
3.Gyaan Group (0 to 5 years): The needs of children during this period are : 
    1. The ability to deal with other humans such as siblings, parents, friends & classmates is required. This is called Vyavahaar ki shiksha (education of behaviour // being able to deal with humans). For this, along with the education of the purpose of self as well as other human beings, parents and teachers become live models themselves by living and dealing this way.
    2. Another requirement for this age group is to express oneself. Therefore, along with freedom of expression and a fearless environment, the child freely acquires knowledge of language.
    3. Along with keeping all their belongings safe & using them for the right purpose, they are introduced to multiple methodologies of production. Therefore, the education is completed by the many families living in a live production focused model, while also creating an environment of right use. During which they are also exposed to multiple techniques. 
 

       4.Vivek Group (13 to 19 years): The needs of this age group includes the education to deal with humans // behavioural education, introduction to technology & techniques as well as the education of the science involved; in addition to the clarity of the goal and direction of life: 

      1. For this, a living form of exchange through production is available to these group of families, where this education takes place. Living within this system with one’s continuous effort & practice, one is able to create a tendency to utilise everything aligned with their purpose. Therefore, the proper utilisation of one’s body, mind and wealth is ensured.
      2. In an environment where various technologies are used properly. The tendency of research is created for the development of advanced technologies, which in a supportive environment aids the child in becoming a researcher. 
      3. There is a need for the answer to questions: Why to live? & How to live? This aids a human to get equipped with the answers to being complementary with nature, plus our thoughts and lifestyle. By being complementary to humanity as well as having nature complementary thoughts & behaviour, we gain the capability to be able to live in a family model. Thus, the long cherished wish of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam(The World is One Family)” gets fulfilled. Therefore, the children of this age group focus on increasing their ability to understand the answers to these questions while imagining a beautiful world with a harmonious system. 
      4. Various forms of creative expression & skills are required in the family model, which is expressed in the form of celebration. To encourage this, the children are exposed to multiple skills like, music, dance, film making, architecture, construction, etc.
 
       5.Vigyan Group (20 to 35 years): The following requirements have been observed at this age-
        1. The capability of independently fulfilling the bodily needs of one’s family.
        2. The capability of being well versed with social, political & economic science as well as psychology.
        3. To be equipped with technical understanding and skills. 
        4. The capability to be able to fit into// play a role in human education and the human system. 
        5. Ability to validate one’s understanding.
        6. Capability to live justly in every relationship.
        7. The ability to create a balancing act between nature and humanity.
        8. Setting a direction towards creating a better world. (Integral society & universal order)

To fulfill these requirements the education for teachers is provided as follows:

  1. By practicing production since the age group of gyaan & vivek, the children are equipped with the mentality as well as the capability of doing production. 
  2. In addition to the purpose of a human being, through the means of human experience, thought, dealing & doing, a unit is able to improve their capability through their study. 
    • Social Science: The ability of human beings to be able to live with each other while giving importance to the relationship in between them is social science. 
    • Political Science: The clarity of how a living system between two families should be-  with respect to production, exchange, education and justice. This clarity is ensured by the in depth study of rules, control, balance, justice, innate nature & truth.
    • Economic Science: The goods and services obtained by production, by directly working with nature/material is the real essence of wealth. By conducting a study on this method of gaining wealth; the right judgement/ the study of the methodology of accumulating these goods and services, one gains the complete understanding of economic science. 
    • Psychology: While understanding our own purpose, clearly recognising our responsibilities and duties through that purpose, a mindset of becoming in sync with the universal system is created, which is psychology.
  3. For the purpose of meeting one’s and one’s family’s needs by producing more than what’s required, having technical skills becomes essential. 
  4. Every human, stands with their own responsibility and is a living proof towards people younger than them.
  5. Every human is able to acquire and prove their understanding through understanding, living and explaining & learning, doing & teaching.
  6. Each human being is born a part of a relationship. Within these relationships the child acquires parenting & care, education, skills as well as becomes equipped to recognise the goals, direction & the actionable program of life. 

After a certain age, they become capable of living in every relationship keeping in mind the humanitarian goal, direction and program as well as ‘let live and live’ philosophy. Having this capability is the only way to prove to live justly in a relationship.  

  1. A balance is established in nature, when all production processes are designed for humans & nature (free of exploitation). Due to this, we can actively stay away from dire consequences like global warming, seasonal imbalance, loss of biodiversity, drying up of rivers, epidemics etc.
  2. When one starts contributing in education & the system while living with clarity of thought & abundance, one becomes free from differences of race, colour, caste, religion, language & country and is able to see the perspective of the system of a better world. Due to which the long cherished wish of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” is fulfilled.
 
        (6) Pramaan Group (36 to 60 years): Accomplished in human education and while playing a supporting roll the need of this group is to play a supporting role and aid vigyan group in their journey towards living with clarity of thought and abundance. In addition, having the capability to play a protective role.
  1. (7)Parampara Group (60+ years): In old age, when the elderly see pramaan and vigyan group work towards this meaningful direction and live a successful life; they’re able to experience ultimate happiness and peace.
